Welcome to Breetion. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of www.breetion.com (the “Site”) and our services, including any purchases made from the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, do not use or access the Services.
For the purposes of these Terms, "you" refers to the user of the Services, whether as a visitor, customer, or any other individual accessing the Site.
1. General Terms
By accessing the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Description of Products
We offer physical products mainly related to gadgets, robotics, and home automation through our Site. The images of the products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display products accurately, actual products may vary due to factors such as screen resolution and lighting conditions.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3.2 Prices and Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to provide accurate pricing information but reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers, and you agree to comply with their respective terms of service.
3.3 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In the event that we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method.

4.1 Shipping Providers
Most of the products sold on Breetion are shipped directly from third party suppliers, but this is not the only way we operate. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the location of the supplier and the destination of the order.
4.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times generally range between 8 to 12 business days, but depending on the shipping destination it can even take 10 to 20 business days. The estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays or logistical disruptions.
4.3 Risk of Loss
Once the order has been dispatched, the risk of loss and title for the products passes to you upon delivery by the shipping provider. Breetion is not liable for any delay in delivery or for any loss or damage caused during shipping. We will assist you in any claims you may have with the shipping provider.
4.4 International Shipping
We ship to a broad range of countries, including most OECD countries, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. However, certain locations may be excluded due to supplier limitations or import restrictions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
Returns are managed in accordance with the return policies of our suppliers. Generally, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please check our policy or contact our support team at support@breetion.com for further information.
5.2 Return Shipping
Check our policy first, because you may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error on our part. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to the supplier's designated return location.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by the supplier. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
5.4 Exceptions
Certain products may not be eligible for return, such as personalized items, digital products, or products that have been used or damaged after receipt. These exceptions are subject to the individual policies of our suppliers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breetion, its owners, affiliates, partners, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services or the purchase of any products from the Site. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or products.
You agree that the purchase and use of any product is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any misuse of the products sold on Breetion. Once the product has been delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for the proper and lawful use of the product.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Breetion or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes. Any unauthorized use of the content on the Site may violate intellectual property laws and is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that may harm Breetion or its users. This includes but is not limited to:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users’ accounts.
Distributing viruses or other harmful code.
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices.
Posting or transmitting offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activity.
9. Content Submission and Usage License
By interacting with Breetion Ltd. (“the Site”), including but not limited to submitting comments, reviews, user-generated content (UGC) through any of our platforms, social media profiles, email, or any other related channels, you irrevocably grant us a global, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and commercially exploit such content. This includes but is not limited to, using your content for advertising, promotional campaigns, and commercial purposes across social media and other marketing materials. If you do not agree with these terms, you are expressly prohibited from interacting with the Site or any of our channels. The granting of these rights is a condition for your engagement with Breetion, and you must refrain from interacting if you cannot accept this condition.
10. Mobile Terms of Service
The Breetion mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Breetion (“Breetion”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Breetion’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Breetion through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Breetion. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Breetion or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Breetion mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
13. Changes to the Site
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any outstanding orders may be canceled.
15. Liability for Damages and Indemnity
By using our services or interacting with Breetion Ltd., its affiliates, suppliers, employees, partners, products, or any related entity, you agree not to engage in any conduct, whether by action or omission, that may harm the reputation, integrity, image, operations, or any other aspect of our business and interests. This includes but is not limited to posting false reviews, defamatory comments, or any behavior that may interfere with Breetion’s business relationships or contractual obligations. Should your conduct result in reputational, financial, or operational harm to Breetion or its affiliates, employees, partners, or products, you agree to be fully liable for all damages caused.
16. Joint Liability and Indemnification
You further agree to be jointly and severally liable for any claims, lawsuits, or indemnifications that Breetion may bring against you. You accept responsibility for any associated costs, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, compensatory and punitive damages, as permitted by law. We reserve the right to pursue legal action if your conduct results in direct or indirect harm to our company.
