To cancel your order after you have made your purchase, you have 24 hours before it is processed (please see Section 3). For any exchange or return after your order has been processed, please use mainly the online platform Breetion Return Hub.

1. Our Promise: Easy, Worry-Free Returns

We allow returns within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened, so you can truly experience it before making a final decision. Here’s how it works:

B. Product Condition: Opened items are accepted!

Feel free to open your order. We kindly ask you to handle the packaging with care; keeping it intact makes processing your return easier. We encourage you to try the product to see if it’s right for you!

  • Full Refund: Items in like-new condition or with minimal signs of use are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Items showing more significant signs of use may be eligible for a partial refund, based on their condition after an inspection.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Digital products once delivered or accessed.
  • Items that have been significantly used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., opened consumables or personal care products).

If a product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue only a partial refund.

2.2 Free Returns

We cover the return shipping costs for products that meet the conditions for return. However, if you have purchased multiple items (e.g. three items), you will only be able to return one item free of charge. Any subsequent returns of the same order will incur return shipping costs, so we recommend that you consider all the items you wish to return before initiating the return process.

For example, if you purchase 3 items and initiate the return process for one of them, but later decide to return a second item, the return of the first item is free of charge, but the return of the second item will incur return shipping costs. These costs will be determined by the shipping companies, they are not imposed by Breetion.

3. Cancellation Policy

At Breetion, we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel an order. To ensure an efficient process and avoid any misunderstandings, we have established the following conditions for order cancellations:

3.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up until 8:00 PM (London time) on the same day the purchase was made. After this time, orders will be automatically processed and sent to our logistics system.

3.2 Order Processing

If we do not receive a cancellation request before 8:00 PM (London time), we will assume the customer’s approval and proceed with the order as usual.

If you place your order after 8:00 PM, you can still cancel it until 8:00 PM (London time) the following day, giving you a full 24 hours to submit your request.

Once an order is processed, it will follow the standard shipping cycle. If the customer wishes to cancel after this period, they will need to wait until the order is delivered and then process a return or exchange through our website's Returns Hub.

3.3 Returns or Exchanges after Processing

If the order has already been shipped, the customer will need to wait until they receive the package. Once the product is delivered, they can visit our **Returns Hub** on the website to manage their return or exchange by following the platform's instructions.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

We've simplified the return process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

Go to our Returns Hub. You can easily find the link in the main menu or in the footer of our website, available on all pages.

4.3 Enter Your Order Information

To begin the return or exchange process, you will need to provide the following details:

Order number: This number can be found in your order confirmation email or in your account on our store.

Email associated with the order: Enter the email address you used when placing the order.

4.4 Follow the On-Screen Instructions

Once you've entered your order number and email address:

The platform will guide you step by step through the return process.

It will inform you whether you need to return the product or if an exchange is possible, depending on your specific case.

4.5 Confirmation and Product Return

Once you’ve completed the steps, you will receive detailed instructions on where and how to return the product, along with a return label (if applicable).

Please note: The first return for any order is free of charge, but any additional returns for the same order may incur return shipping costs, as outlined in our return policy.

This process is designed to be quick and easy, allowing you to manage your returns with no hassle. We will confirm everything via email, so if you do not receive a confirmation or response from us within 24-48 hours after submitting your request, please contact us immediately. 4.6 Return Shipping Costs

We remind you that the cost of return shipping will be covered by us for the first return of an eligible product in each order. For subsequent returns from the same order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

For international returns outside the UK, you may be liable for any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees. If that case is applicable; We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Once we receive your return request, you’ll hear from us within 1-2 business days with further instructions. After your item is returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

5. Refund Options

5.1 Refund to Original Payment Method

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation, and your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and usually take 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or the payment method you have chosen for your purchase.

5.2 Gift Card Option

As an alternative to a direct refund, you can choose to receive your refund as a gift card. This gift card can be used for future purchases and is very often faster than waiting for a bank refund to process.

If you’d like, you can also have the gift card issued to someone else. Just let us know the recipient's details, and we’ll ensure it’s set up for their enjoyment. To select this option, follow the instructions on our Breetion Return Hub or contact us.

6. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know! We’ll be happy to arrange it, depending on availability, and help you find the right replacement. You can also access it directly through this link: Breetion Return Hub.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at **support@breetion.com** within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include pictures, videos, or other evidence to support your claim.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering one of the following:

A replacement product, shipped at no extra cost.

A full refund, including return shipping (if applicable).

8. Fraudulent or Misuse Returns

We take our return policy seriously and reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of fraudulent activity or suspected misuse. This includes excessive returns that do not comply with our policy. If we detect abuse of our return system, Breetion may pursue legal action or refuse future orders from the customer.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post.

10. Future Logistics Improvements

As a newly established company, we are continuously working to enhance the customer experience by establishing local return points and improving reverse logistics. However, these features are not currently available.

We are committed to implementing these and other improvements to make returns and exchanges even more seamless. Until then, we reserve the right to modify this policy as necessary to reflect these changes or other updates.
